Don't Wake Me Up

Don't wake me up,
I'm looking for you in my dreams,
As the sunlight forces my eyes to shut,
I lost you, a gasp I took...
I fell asleep again- don't wake me up!

As I walk through this crazy maze,
I find many lost souls and discover myself,
I don't know how I lost touch with reality,
Don't wake me up, I am trying to find myself.

Night brings not me to sleep,
If this is all, it must be my lone fall,
If this is all a dream please don't wake me up,
Let me sleep and wake up the warmth of your touch,
And the sparkling wonder in your eyes...wake me up then.

Note To Self

Life: Eternal
Love: Mortal
Endless like the darkness of the universe,
Joyous like a boat floating in the blue sea,
Motherly embrace grips with undying affection,
Abrupt like sunlight with it’s seductive warmth,
A scroll with words written in the sky
Yet this is what we hope for!

Beauty: Deception
Heart: Veracity
Like an egg it hatches,
Untouched like the beauty of the heavens.
As the sun shall set so will the futile perfection,
But a day will come were soul will embrace redemption.
Beneath the sand lays a dyke where no plant may grow.
Until that day, my thumping heart will have no cause to beat.

Sorry life but I have lost my faith in love!

Dreamscape (Haiku)

Morning brings delight
As the sun warms my cold face,
I smile and giggle.

Is this all a dream?
If it is, I must not awake,
Forever I wish it so.

Falling Leaves (Haiku)

Leaves of an oak tree - -
Fall painting the earth auburn.
Steadily they fall.

Divine Rising (Haiku)

In sheer blue skies,
She stands with pride of the gods,
Her beauty I like.

Burning Tree

Fire falls so fiercely
Upon thee, a golden tree
Now she falls from the bruises
That has scared her lone mind
Now she cries for the sun
She didn’t touch.

Her stem think as soul
Breaks to relinquish life
She falls down to the earth
That once fed her
Now it sees her to her death
In her last breath
She prays for their forgiveness
For this disloyalty of mankind

She burns
But cries silently
And fears not a death
Written in life’s book
Maybe she’ll look
Above and rise to the moment
To kiss this shame of hope
To they that smolder her innocence.

The tears on her leaves
Her seedlings will live
A life that will last to see
Her dreams through
This foggy fate
A plea for a downpour
To undo this killing of life
Is all she’ll ever wish

A Wheatear's Safari To Serenity

Hear the cry of a wheatear…
Can you see her tears
Stream down to a lake of nowhere?

In the sky she flies
From a life in pieces she thought
Would never be
An end to this struggle
Is all she’ll ever wish for.

She seeks a heaven
Where time is endless
And every blissful moment relentless
Where sorrow is negated by a
Split second’s delight
Of an earthly harmony.

Far beyond the specter
Of her mind, she flies
Leaving behind a daystar
Of a broken hope.
Her fiercely flaming wings
Burn beneath a feud --
Between body and soul
A feeling of heavenly bliss
Is all that time can offer.

Drizzles In Sunshine

Golden syrup from the
Heavens trickle yet again.
Like tears they plummet
Soaking earth with life,
A tender aroma of sand
Arises to kiss
Summer a long goodbye.

A green scenery is born on the
Hands of the russet woods,
Pierced with yellow sunbeams
They spring up like ant hills
Ready to store a month’s harvest.

Shaky leaves sing the praises
Of joy as the down pour rests its
Tears on their arid sheath.
Are they the tears of
A joyful angel?

They fall with a soothing
Gentle feel…
Touching the olive leaves
And everything within
Its fine reach.

A Charming Bug’s Plight (Haiku)

A ladybird flies
And blesses me with delight
On this vivid day.

She flies but not far,
A bump into a leaf stalls
This perfect moment.

Red and black wing hues
Blend as she flutters in haste.
I wish she departs.

For once she lets up
And walks on a leaf’s stalk,
Finally she stops.

I grab hold of her,
On my dry palm she marches,
Itchy stings she leaves.

Her little wings flap
All in vain as she falls down
What a sorry sight!

In a woody nick
She now hides like a shy child,
Inside she kips from me.

At last she comes out
And I smile as she budges out.
Yes, shes the day’s star.

Swiftly, the wind blows
And she dashes in circles
Before it all stops.

Again and again
She plummets like heavy hail,
Now she flies away.

Innate Therapy (Haiku)

Olive leaves so pure
They must be a cure - -
For this cancer.

Flawless chilly air
Rises to thaw this sickness - -
Healing breathes thrill me.

A pounce of splendor
Surprises with emotions,
I soak in this treat.
